Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: shipping times that you may see at checkout are separate from the order processing times. In addition, there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control. Tax is not included in the shipping cost.

For simple flat-rate shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping starting at $4.95 in the US.
Free local delivery may be available for orders over $250 within the US. For orders under $250; a flat rate shipping cost may be applied.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For reference purposes only:
All orders under $500 may charge a flat rate of $29.95 for shipping. Orders over $500 may charge $39.95. Country custom duties may also apply upon arrival.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LyMarket is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 90 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at yenly308@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Please be aware that some of our shipping channel carriers may have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of our carriers falls into this group, LyMarket will communicate to you this information as soon as possible to navigate through alternatives.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Before, returning your item, please contact lymarketcontact@gmail.com to process a dispute for the order. When the dispute is processed; you will receive a link to fill out a form for the product to be returned. Note: at the time of filling out the form, you will need your order number and email used at checkout. if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lymarketcontact@gmail.com with your order number and a photo and/or video of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
